CLEANING SERVICE:
A clean and tidy house is a must for us, especially when travelling with babies and small children. With that in mind, you will have a free cleaning and towels/ sheets change every 3 days during your stay.

Standard cancellation policy:
If you cancel your booking for whatever reason 1 month or more before the arrival date the deposit cost is fully refunded. However, please note that If you cancel 1 month or less your check in date no refund will be available.
Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the total value of your stay is payable at the time of booking
The remaining balance of 70% must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
You will receive a reminder email about 35 days before your arrival advising you on how this can be paid, if you have not already done so.
In case your arrival is before 30 days you will be charge the 100%

My family stayed at Paradise House for a week in late September. We were two girls – 9 and 13, my mother, and my husband and I.
The villa was just perfect. Beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The view from the balcony is otherworldly and the private swimming cove is moments from the front door. There was ample space for all of us to relax and the restaurants and shops are a few minutes walk away. We would highly recommend this beautiful place. -

The apartment had everything you need, especially the kitchen equipment.
3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was ideal for our adult family of 3.

Wonderful spot, just a short walk to both the action of Fiskardo, and the lovely beach at Foki.
Everything we needed for our family get-together. We enjoyed lunch and dinner on the balcony, looking out to the idyllic blue waters of Fiskardo. Plenty of eating options in Fiskardo, as well as a range of swimming options close by.
Great communication and help from Mimi to make our stay exactly the holiday we were after. -

A fantastic property in a great location. Really comfortable, spotless and beautifully presented. It’s right in the sea so you can keep going in and out of the sea from the rocks below all day. The living area is great the balcony is the highlight with amazing views and it is genuinely only 5-10 mins into the main port of Fiskardo
