If you cancel your booking for whatever reason 1 month or more before the arrival date the deposit cost is fully refunded. However, please note that If you cancel 1 month or less your check in date no refund will be available.
Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the total value of your stay is payable at the time of booking
The remaining balance of 70% must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
You will receive a reminder email about 35 days before your arrival advising you on how this can be paid, if you have not already done so.
In case your arrival is before 30 days you will be charge the 100%

The Fiskardo luxury apartment was an ideal spot to enjoy the pleasures of Fiskardo and the island of Kephalonia. The apartment is on the top floor overlooking a private cove and small beach. The porch is spectacular and provided beautiful views of the area. In fact, we spent most of time on the porch. The furnishings inside were clean, modern and with a nice decor. We were a family of 5 and there was more than enough room for us. The general location is very private; however the town and port are an easy walk away. In fact, we regularly walked in town for meals or grocery. There are several amazing beaches and hikes nearby. Fiskardo itself is an incredibly beautiful port town with a wide range of restaurants and shops.

Wow what a place – the views are incredible with little swimming spots right on your door step. A short walk into Fiskardo on an evening for great restaurants and also walkable to Foki beach during the day. Perfect location. We spent lots of time on the balcony watching the boats come and go, just magical xx

The apartment is spacious, well decorated, very clean and with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It is a very pleasant 10 minute walk into Fiskardo and there are plenty of places just below the apartment where you can swim. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying in Fiskardo
